03. Time to plan
Ready to make it official? Once you’ve decided I’m the wedding photographer for you, we’ll lock in your date with a signed contract and a 15% booking fee. From that moment on, your date is all yours.
I want to keep things simple and clear, so no matter which package you decide on, the retainer fee percentage stays the same!
02. Secure your date
Start by filling out the inquiry form and I’ll get back to you within one to three business days. I only take on a handful of weddings each year, so dates can fill up fast!
From there, we’ll hop on a phone call to get to know each other better. I’d love to hear your story, your plans, and what you’re dreaming of! After our chat, I’ll send over a custom proposal just for you.

FAQ
1. Where are you based? Do you travel?
I'm based in Eatonville, Washington which is in Pierce County - but I absolutely love to travel! I've had the pleasure of photographing out of state weddings and always look forward to discovering new places to capture your unique love story.
Travel costs are covered during our initial phone call to ensure transparency so you can make the best decision for your big day. For weddings located within 50miles of Eatonville there will be no travel fees.
2. how many images can we expect?
I’ll include every image that deserves a place in your gallery. Most couples receive between 200 to 500 photos, depending on the length of coverage.
3. How do you ensure all the images are safely backed up?
I photograph every wedding using two digital cameras. My camera has dual card slots, so your images are automatically backed up while we shoot. As soon as I get home, I save all files to storage devices for extra security. So don’t worry, your memories are safe with me!
4. Do we need to provide food for you?
A hot meal is appreciated if I’ll be with you for the full day. Nothing fancy needed - just something warm to keep the energy up! Most caterers are used to providing simple supplier meals, so feel free to check with them about options. If you are having a second photographer this includes them too.
5. Do you have a backup plan in case of illness or emergency?
Absolutely. In the unlikely event of illness or an emergency,I have a trusted network of professional photographers I can call on, all with a similar style and approach. Rest assured, you're in safe hands regardless of the situation.
Thankfully, I've never missed a wedding, and I'll do everything possible to make it to yours!
